Ninefold Negroni
Another classic, given the Ninefold treatment using our Cask Aged Pure Single Rum.

30 ml Cask aged Pure Single Rum
30 ml sweet vermouth
15 ml Campari
15 ml Aperol

Mix all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice, twist an orange peel over the glass, and serve.
If you prefer the original Negroni using a full shot/30ml of Campari, then this will work too, but here at Ninefold we prefer a touch extra sweetness from the Aperol.
