Dormont Daiquiri
A special take on the classic daiquiri, this uses pimento dram to add a little extra allspice kick.
Ingredients:
60 ml Ninefold Dormont Spiced
15 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
15 ml white grapefruit juice
10 ml pimento dram
10 ml 2:1 simple syrup
Method:
Shake all ingredients with plenty of ice. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
An extra fruit alternative: swap out the pimento dram for crème de pêche or Chambord.
