Scottish rum aged in Scottish oak, a seven year project that started before we even had a distillery.

This is the inaugural release of rum made from scratch by us, and aged for three years in a toasted virgin Scottish oak barrel made from oak sourced on our own estate.

Bottles 011 - 240:

  • 70cL bottle, presented in a beautiful cardboard carton, with clear foiled custom illustrations by Judith Wild, and numbered to match your bottle;

  • 5cL miniature;

  • A disc/coaster of oak in its own wee presentation box, made from the same trees as the casks, and toasted on one side to mirror the casks, with laser engraving by Rob Brydon-Brown.

Tasting notes: sweet toasted oak, dark chocolate, coffee, smoke, spicy salinity, dry finish

Please note: There are three variants of the bottle label, spanning bottles 011-080, 081-160, 161-240. We will be allocating bottle numbers randomly, but if you would like to request a number, please do so at checkout, and we will do our best to give you that number on a first-come-first-served basis.
