Heavenly Highball
A delightful and refreshing summer drink, full of spice and floral notes.

50ml Celestial Spiced
30ml cloudy apple juice
15ml elderflower cordial
Tonic water

Measure the first three ingredients into a highball glass with ice, mix, top up the glass with tonic and stir to mix. Add more ice if you wish. Garnish with an apple slice and elderflower for a floral bouquet.
